Project Description:  Assist the Iowa City Planning Staff in layout of a unique residential neighborhood for the southwest district of Iowa City.

Design Features:
*  5-acre body of water used as storm water retention and a
    neighborhood focal point.
*  Small commercial zone to serve the residential development.
*  Proposed new fire house location.
*  Green space and trail corridors.
*  Medium and low density housing.
