Project Description:  Construction of a new Portland Cement Concrete Parking Lot providing 350 stalls and adjacent Stadium Drive Reconstruction. Reconstruction of adjacent 90 stall Parking Lot in addition.

This parking lot improvement project included site grading and utility accomodations required to reconstruct the former football practice field site to a new 350 stall parking lot. To provide improved pedestrian safety the adjacent Stadium Drive was re-aligned to provide walkways along both sides. The project also included fencing for security and a landscaping package to enhance the environment around the new parking lot, just north of Kinnick Stadium . The Owner was also able to add reconstruction of an existing concrete parking lot west of the Recreation.
